Problem statement

Users may not fully understand how investing in shares of properties works, or what the risks and benefits are. Some users may have limited investment experience or knowledge, which could make them feel unsure about making investment decisions. Users may struggle to find appropriate investment opportunities that match their preferences and risk tolerance. Some users may have limited funds to invest in properties, which could limit their options. Users may be concerned about the security of their personal and financial information when using the app, particularly when making investments.

Breakdow of the problem

Investing in real estate can be very expensive, and requires careful consideration of the costs and potential returns before making a decision.

Most users do not know how to invest. The majority of users who increasingly enter the world of investments digitally have little or no experience.

Making a real estate property profitable requires a lot of effort. When a someone invests in real estate, it requires a lot of time and paperwork.

Understanding how, what and when people search in the main investment applications and rent/buy real estate

By creating an account on the main investment platforms, we have detected that most of them have investment learning and training courses with internal rewards

He lives far from his family, in Madrid with her current with girlfriend who has been dating for 5 years and they want to form a life together. He is a video game geek, never watches television, and is always up to date on technology and the world of cinema.

He has a very sedentary life and he begins to think that he should do something with the money he leaves in the bank.

Research methodology - Preliminary survey

We send out a preliminary survey to potential users to get larger-scale insights into how often our target users feel the need to invest in real estate, why they decide to invest, and whether they have other types of investments.

Insight: The most notable thing would be that our target is interested in diversifying their investments, they have a medium budget, they do not have enough to invest on their own in real estate.

We conducted several interceptswith people within the investment world to understand their current mental model of how they invest and on what platforms they do it.
